House mice gnaw through electrical wiring, causing fires and failure of freezers, clothes dryers, and other expensive appliances. Mice also can transmit diseases, most notably salmonellas when food is contaminated with infected rodent feces.

Price for service ............$110.00 which includes exclusion of rodent passages in radiators, behind stoves and under sinks (or wherever they're traveling ) in  a  apartment. Treatment with tracking  powder will also be used.  Restaurants  &  Grocery stores,  please call for quotes.

Cockroaches  (and any other insect except termites)

Cockroaches foul their environment with feces or castings, regurgitated food, and taint materials with their smell. They can carry diseases such as dysentery, gastro-enteritis, tuberculosis and typhoid, which they transport from dirty areas to food areas. Some people may suffer allergic reactions to cockroach excrement and skin casts developing rhinitis or dermititis. Their presence can cause great distress.

Price for service...........$75.00/hr. This service is ideal for home owners with multi units, Grocery stores, and Restaurants. Glue boards are included.

Starts at $300  per apartment, limited up to 2 bedrooms.

Termite Inspection for real estate transactions 

 Price  for  service......$125.00 which includes Wood Destroying Insect Report ( form NPMA-33) and graph attachment.

 Exclusion     

Price for service.......35hour which includes caulking, patching, and sealing off entrances of pest or proofing area.
